Acceptable stay with some issues

dirty bathroomstale pastries
The room was not properly cleaned. I found some hairs in the bathroom. The minibar was empty, it should have contained at least water! The TV remote did not work properly, I struggled to change the channels. Staff promised to fix it but nobody came. The breakfast buffet lacked variety. The pastries were stale.

Excellent Seaside Stay

My accommodation was sorted quickly. The Sunday lunch stood out. The beef was tender. The gravy had an really good flavor, I appreciated the friendly and professional service from all the staff.
I experienced loud music from a private function. The noise and vibration were quite strong, as my room was directly above the bar. This occurred until late at night.
